As posted earlier on G+ I am working on a Shadowrun 2nd edition conversion for D00lite. One of the Things that should be in there is a Grimoire guide translating the Shadowrun spells into Doolite equivalents. Now, I am sure it wont be possible with everything. In BBF Magic is more flexible and less specific then Shadowrun. For most spells I have an equivalent, but there are some I am drawing a blank. Maybe you have an Idea? I am also interested in hearing what you think of my other spell choices and even if everything needs to be converted.»Read more

So the other night I finally broke down and ordered my copy of the Covert Ops hardcover with the intention of hacking it to run Firefly. However, now that I'm reading through it I really don't see much that requires hacking. The only thing so far is perhaps a skill for Shepherds, but I'm not entirely sure that can't draw from the Leader skill. I'm just so impressed with the work you gents have done on these games! They hit my sweet spot for crunch, with just enough rules to be interesting while at the same time running pretty fast and loose. Thanks for putting together some real gems!
Hello all,

I'm not certain exactly why, but BBF has grabbed my attention as the best system with which to fulfill my yearning to run Earthdawn again using a simple, fun, fast system.»Read more
