We wanted to give our fans a short update on the playtest and some artwork.
We just released playtest documents 1.2, great feedback from all involved.
As the playtest continues we wanted to share some images from Khairul Hisham, our interior illustrator.
The following draft artwork shows the five playable species.
One thing I liked about the Star Frontiers races: you could tell them apart by silhouette alone: they were all very different looking without much overlap.
From these illustrations I think I could confuse the races easily.
I know that FrontierSpace isn't Star Frontiers with d00lite. But I kind of want FrontierSpace to be Star Frontiers with d00lite :).

But that would get us in big trouble in Little Port Loren ;)
We are considering offering a FREE pdf download with each SF race and it's conversion to FS.
I love the idea of Star Frontiers freebie, for those wishing full-on gaming nostalgia -- especially if some new art were included... just like for those FrontierSpace races! I can't wait...
