New poster here and new to Covert Ops & BareBones Fantasy.
I did put this together for quick mission generation, and thought that there might be some interest.
To use it you'll need to install Inspiration Pad Pro - there's a free pm download on their website or you can get an app from the Google Play store, and drop the generator file into the pertinent folder. Also useful for quick and painless name generation.

When the agent selects an agency uniform, the player must choose its appearance. Any type of clothing is permitted, but most people choose a sensible if fashionable business suit. Although the freeform concept of creating a gadget is still a fun rule in Covert Ops, sometimes players want their agent to have some gadgets without actually having to think them up on their own. An entire supplement could be made which details various types of gadgets, and perhaps someday that will be done.
