Hello, there are some questions I wanted to ask was regarding the use of Runes by the Enchanter. I would be very grateful for clarifications (I could not find answers in the core rules or online).
1. On pages 37/38 the core rules for rune creation/use do not state any action requirements of triggering runes - does this mean I can trigger two prepared runes simultaneously if the usage is unlimited (e.g. using up to Charm runes or two Offensive Strikes?)»Read more
Our first read of Heal seems rather limited as compared to other spells in BBF.
Heal (as written) - you get 2D X level per day - period. How you spend them is up to you - caster determines how many are spent on a given use of the spell, and it is possible to cast on a group (though no special rules for using on a group - and range requires touch).»Read more

CAVALIER
This skill represents a lifetime training in mounted combat (or in a chariot if appropriate to the campaign), such as a knight, cavalry rider, nomad rider, etc.
Score: Note that this skill has two scores as follows; Horsemanship and Mounted Archery equal half DEX +10% per cavalier level. Saber Charge and Lance Charge equal half STR +10% per cavalier level. Cannot be attempted unskilled.»Read more
Hi. I really like BBF! Anyways, I came up with some custom spells to use in some adventures with my gaming buddies. Let me know what advice you guys have on them! We're still using the original spells right now, but I'm hoping to start using ones like these soon and see how it works.
