Just read this in yahoo news. A new factory being built to clone hundreds of thousands of cattle per year in order to bolster the food generation capabilities of China. Sounds altruistic enough, if a bit morally gray. Also sounds like a white lie.
Obviously, Boyalife is partnering with Sooam Biotech to continue their debunked research from a decade ago involving claims of cloning human embryos. A front of this scale is easy to hide purchases of materials necessary to continue those experiments. CEO Hwang Woo-Suk's fraudulent claim made in 2004 was clearly not fraudulent, he really did clone humans and was trying to create a super soldier. Funded by an organization later learned to be agents of North Korea, Woo-Suk was merely a pawn. The facility was sabotaged by agents Fiskar and Hobbs of Bureau 19, who were unfortunately killed on the op during exfil.
The agents are sent to gather evidence of human cloning and the continuation of Woo-Suk's super solder program. This is an intel gathering mission. They are to gain access to the facility, obtain floor plans and map security, plant listening and watching devices, identify the major players, etc. They are to set up a command ops center within a mile of the site and gather intel, reporting back every week on findings and awaiting further orders. That sounds easy, but of course it never is. The agents find that the site is indeed on the up-and-up and is boring to watch. But eventually someone sees agents Fiskar and Hobbs on camera moving faster than humanly possible and ignoring being shot several times... and when they race to the site they're too late; Woo-Suk has been kidnapped in a company helicopter and all guards left dead. Three bombs have to be defused, left by the formerly-dead agents to secure their escape and destroy evidence.
After defusing the bombs, the agents will have to investigate to learn that the helicopter they stole had a security tracker in it, then follow it to a site where the super soldier project is still happening. Agents Fiskar and Hobbs were the first, and there are vats of additional super spies being grown, all second-generation clones of these first two successes. Woo-Suk was kidnapped to help solve a problem they are having making second generation clones who keep dying (as the pile of dead-ish attempts in the sewers can attest - hopefully the agents will try sneaking in via the sewers!).
The agents will likely do the expected: sneak in - sneak and shoot a lot - rescue Woo-Suk (who is indeed just an innocent geneticist caught in the games of nations) - face off against the super clones of former elite spies Fiskar and Hobbs - and escape, hopefully from an exploding facility.
