Ok, so maybe it wouldn't be a GM's Guide per se, but rather a toolbox book designed to alter the game to the groups/GM's taste. This would primarily be done by presenting multiple variants of the system, or "hacks" like those presented by fans already, like Sword and Sorcery, Horror, Pirates, Dark Fantasy, etc. It could expand the skills list, provide optional rules like greater spell granularity, hit location rules, advanced combat maneuvers,insanity (for horror or dark fantasy), monster creation, and more. I don't know, I just think it would be cool.

Any/all of these sound like they could easily be implemented as Decahedron articles. If they were collected into a book, I'm sure I'd pick it up all the same.
