I decided to share some information with the public as I develop the Steamroller steamtech setting. Much will still have to remain between me and DWD Studios, but there will be many setting elements that I will share samples of characters, devices and some tools and mechanics. Stay tuned to my blog or circle me in Google+.

I've been curious what you were going to do with this. Thanks for sharing some of the behind-the-scenes development. Much appreciated.
If there are any specific questions you have about the setting, feel free to post them. Your questions could inspire content.
Posted explaining the Steamroller datelines mechanic. Linked in the original post above.
Added the article, Steamroller™ Premise and Factions, that describes the premise behind the technology and lists the factions at the core of the Steamroller setting.
After reconsidering the genre and the investment so many have put into it, and how the genre encompasses a variety, and how searchable it would be on search engines (Yes, that was actually the last of these considerations), I realized that it would best be labeled Steampunk, even if it is inaccurate. The genre is well established, and I'm not one to rock the boat. So I will be referring to the setting as "steampunk" from now on.
Despite my continual progress, due to a lack of interest and certain queues, I'm abandoning this project. I think my efforts would be better spent elsewhere. I look forward to anything anyone else might come up with.
that is too bad. I haven't been there in a while, but I had read everything on your blog for it and found it pretty interesting. Sorry I didnt comment more about it
