I am making a review video for BareBones Fantasy, and I would like to know what music should I use in the background? What would fit BareBones?
BareBones Fantasy RPG is not associated with Skaldcrow Games' Bare Bones Multiverse, despite similar names. Check out Glenn's products by clicking here.
Do you have a genre in mind that is themed to your podcast style/personal flair or are you open to just about anything?
Suggestions:
Two steps From Hell. They do music for trailers & video games.
LOTR (Lord Of The Rings) soundtrack.
I recommend a slow tempo ominous bass-tone orchestration.
I found this to fit the Keranak Kingdoms really well.

If I could just find out what track it is and what music library out there. I heard it was from a royalty free type library.
Ah it is from Shockwave - they have thousands of tracks.
lorrena Mckennit
It also has a heroic tone. Excellent.
But it might be a tad up-tempo. If it could be slowed, that would be cool.
Though, if the presentation can feed off the beat, then it might work.
It's been almost 12 hours since this post... I'm drooling to see!
Aralon is a video game. I doubt it's public domain.
+1 - I have a "soundscapes" playlist that I've put together for gaming; most of the tracks are strictly instrumental but Loreena McKennitt is the exception. Her stuff is particularly good for medieval-themed settings.
I'm surprised nobody's mentioned March of Cambreadth yet.
Axe's flash, broadsword swing....
After looking up on the subject, I think I am going to avoid the sticky possible copyright violation that could happen if I put music. You guys are going to have to settle for my mug for a while until I can buy some music from sight like this one.

Sorry about that. You might have to wait a little longer as I am still learning how to do this.
