His prestige classes are very similar to my totems (specializations) idea I posted a few days ago. I added a primary skill requirement yesterday to the ones I posted in my Fantasy Skills wiki page. His goes a step further by providing subclasses within the class and has a 3-level requirement, which seems a bit limiting to me, but I guess that's what makes it prestige.
Ronin78 is confusing ranks and skill levels per 3e+, as some tend to do. It's minor, but it tends to be grating since I always hated the term in relation to skills.
His supers tend to be pretty weak unless you use my magnitudes (size categories) to boost them. Just state a magnifier and everything is taken care of.
His cyberware is a little too technical for me. It seems to break the system. I use the magnitude system for robotic parts. It's simple and effective. (The "strength of ten men" becomes quite literal.)
