For each deck, lay the cards from left to right. This assumes the ships has a perpendicular deck plan. Example;

View Flat View Cards

1a Bridge Elevator - Bridge - this elevator connects the bridge to the crew deck 2.
1b Computer Room - Bridge - the computer room houses the ships main computer and network infrastructure.
1c Conference Room - Bridge - a small conference room used for meetings. A computer in the center of the room has a holographic interface that has a direct secure link to the main computer in the b. Computer Room
2a Elevator - Crew Deck - this elevator connects to the bridge. A level 4 bypass security program installed.
2b Elevator - Crew Deck - this is the main ships elevator grating access to all decks.
2c Common Area - Crew Deck - recreation and entertainment area.
2d Galley - Crew Deck - kitchen area used to prepare food.
2e Fresher/sanitation - Crew Deck - toilet, shower and lave.
